Cruz BBQ Company was born out of a desire that God placed on our hearts to serve others. We started catering and pop ups in late 2020 and opened our first storefront in October of 2021. Our focus is classic Texas BBQ and Tacos.
We use USDA certified Prime Beef Briskets. Our briskets are dry rubbed and smoked low and slow over night.
