Cruz BBQ Company started as a catering company turned food truck. A journey that began in 2020 in our backyard transitioned to a mobile operation in July of 2021. After a short three months God opened another door of opportunity that placed us at our current location in Maypearl, Tx.
It had long been my dream to own my own restaurant. By God’s grace, that dream came true. We aim to provide the highest quality hospitality experience day in and day out. Hebrews 13:2
